Filtering orders

There are filters to the left of the order list.

The choice of certain options allows you to filter orders by different statuses.

Order Status:

  • Created - orders that have not yet been processed by the administrator;

  • In progress - orders confirmed by the administrator, but not yet completed;

  • Delivered - orders that are delivered to the user;

  • Not received - orders not received by the user;

  • Completed - completed orders;

  • Canceled - orders rejected by the administrator or user;

  • Archived - archived orders.

Please note that by default, the statuses Created, In Progress, Delivered and Not Received are selected. A colored label with the number of orders in them is displayed next to these statuses.

Order date
- allows you to filter orders by time:
  • show all,

  • For the last 7 days,

  • For the last 30 days,

  • For the last year (365 days).

User Status:

  • All - all users,

  • Active - have the opportunity to use the application,

  • Blocked - do not have access to the platform (displayed with the corresponding icon).

Problematic orders:
  • Only problematic orders - orders that were at least once in the status Not received.

Filter by groups.

In the upper-left corner above the table, the number of orders that correspond to the filter parameters is displayed.

When selecting a filter, filtering occurs on the fly, as the option is selected.

You can click on the search icon in the name of the ID column and enter the ID corresponding to the order you are looking for. The search query will be displayed immediately in the table.
