In 90% of such cases, the password is simply entered incorrectly. Click on the eye icon on the right, in the password entry line. The symbols will become visible, and you will easily check the correctness of entering the password.
If that didn't work, try resetting your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?". If resetting does not help, contact the platform administrator or technical support.
